Please include a post-it or piece of paper that says "Exchange" and for which size, or RETURN.

 If an exchange, please send $4.95 to the paypal address "" or you can include a check payable to "Doggie Nation"-- that will cover shipping back.

How long does it take to receive my package?


Packages arrive within 2-8 business days for Standard Shipping once processed and transit begins.

Packages arrive within 2-3 business day for Priority shipping, once processed and transit begins. We can not always get the product to your door in 2-3 days even if you choose that shipping method.

Note: We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays, nor the following holidays: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. We ship Monday through Friday.

**College Items: some college items need up to 2 weeks for shipping depending on stock and back-orders. We will strive to put these orders on rush, but occassionally you will have to wait up to 14 days for College items.

***Championships: There will be NO RETURNS, ONLY SIZE EXCHANGES allowed for Superbowl, NFL Playoffs, and World Series.


PLEASE NOTE: Your items may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure they arrive on time and undamaged. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout. Sign into your account to track your orders.

Can my shipping address be different than my billing address?


Yes, we can ship to an address other than your billing address; however the billing address provided must match what your bank has on file.


Return Policy for Products


-If there is an issue with your Sports Apparel such as wrong sizing, you may ship unworn product back to our warehouse. Email us at in order to receive the correct address. If this was our error, we will cover return shipping charges back. If products just did not fit correctly, you must cover return shipping charges. You must make this return within a 30 day time period from the time of shipment to either exchange or return the product. This will be determined by our customer service representatives and customer satisfaction always comes first.

-Refunds are issued to the original form of payment; After 90 Days customer will receive store credit.

 -Shipping Charges are NON-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Products


If your order arrives damaged or defective please contact customer service right away by sending an email to for  
further instructions. Please have your order number handy so we can retrieve your order and solve your problem. Please have the original packaging and damaged goods.


Exchange Policy


You may exchange a product within 30 days of shipment, only if the item is unworn and not damaged by you.  It is your responsibility to ship the item back to us and cover shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost merchandise when returning it back to us, so please use a respected carrier such as USPS.
